Pantex Parastop – Why We Like It:

Pantex Parastop is an oral antibiotic solution containing norfloxacin. This product can be added to the drinking water or dosed by weight and given orally. Norfloxacin is used in severe bacterial infections, such as salmonella, campylobacter, e.coli, haemophilus, pasteurella, and mycoplasma in birds. Effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

Product is labeled for use in pigeons. Consult a veterinarian for questions on species specific dosing.

Indications:

Pantex Parastop is indicated against several bacterial infections, like salmonellosis (paratyphus), in birds.

Dosage and administration:

For oral use via the drinking water.

General dose: 2 ml per 2 liters of drinking water.

Administer 14–18 consecutive days, change water daily.

Norfloxacin 100mg

Contents:

Bottle containing 50ml of Parastop Oral Solution, medication measuring cup and one ml oral syringe.

Storage:

Keep in a cool (59°F to 77°F), dark place away from sunlight, keep out of reach of children.
