Shipping Included!
All our items have domestic shipping included in their pricing. We are a United States business, located in Oregon.
Days We Ship:
We ship Monday thru Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Items ordered after 3:30pm PST on Fridays or on the weekends will be shipped on Monday.
Method of Shipping:
Located at the bottom of each items page is the default method of shipping for that item. If multiple items are purchased they may be sent together. In the case of purchases USPS First Class shipping items on items equaling over 1lb they will be sent USPS Priority Mail.
Items ordered with USPS Priority Mail shipping items and combined items that would ship alone as USPS First Class will be sent USPS Priority Mail.
Express Shipping:
If you have an urgent need and wish to inquire about upgrading shipping to USPS Express Mail please contact us for cost of additional postage. USPS Express Mail starts at $24, Shipping that is built in to the price of the item you are needing will be deducted from the cost of the upgraded shipping. We will send you an invoice via e-mail for the additional postage cost. Invoice must be paid before item is mailed.
Depending on your location USPS Express Mail may not be faster that USPS Priority Mail, if this is the case we will be upfront with you that paying to upgrade shipping is not a good value.
Saturday Shipments:
We understand due to the nature of our products the need may be urgent. We can ship items up to 1:15pm Saturdays. Please contact us if you wish for us to mail on Saturday. A surcharge of $15 for time and fuel will be invoiced via e-mail if you desire this service if we are able to accommodate that day. Invoice must be paid before item is driven to the Post Office. I could have previous engagement that prevents me from being able to provide this service every Saturday so please contact us to find out.
International Shipping:
If you are interested in our products and require shipping outside the United States please contact us to see if we can accommodate your needs. We, of course, cannot guarantee passage through customs. Most orders make it through but there is always a chance the items will not. We can not give refunds when this occurs, even if the items make it back to use as we cannot resell them. International orders are at the buyers risk.
