Due to the nature of our goods they exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as feed, medications, supplements and vitamins. Once these products leave our custody we cannot return them to our inventory. If your products arrived missing or damaged please contact us via our Facebook business page or via email. If you are requesting a refund of an order that has yet to be shipped there is a 5% “restocking fee” to cover merchant fees which are non-refundable to us as the merchant.
